WHO AM I?

Hi I'm Matt, owner and "The Nerdy Handyman".

I am someone who loves to tinker with things and always has multiple projects going at once. I enjoy fixing things that are broken and improving those that aren't. I have a construction background in various residential related tasks including toilet replacements, painting, caulk, grout, electrical troubleshooting, trim carpentry and much more. Professionally, I hold a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and have worked in the aerospace industry for the past 11 years in California.

 

I thrive on working with my hands, solving problems, and interacting with people! I enjoy tackling different challenges and helping people daily!

I currently live in Thousand Oaks with my wife, 3 amazing children, and 2 Standard Poodles! I am currently rebuilding the engine in a 1979 Ford F-250 and trying to get my 2 older kids involved...when they aren't too busy of course!
